Lose Vandy, UK, and to some awful West team in the 1st rd of the tourney, are chances are more like .25% than 25%.

Agree with your Gators breakdown, otherwise.

I don't know how we could absorb a 4 game losing streak including loses to UGA (East 6 seed) and the 5 seed in the West and still make it.

In fact, I won't feel good about any wins this week until we do avoid a letdown in the 1st rd of the SEC Tourney. Gator fans were about the highest on this team they've been all season, then we break out the black unis and shit the bed in Athens.

While I agree that the Pac10 is down it is not any worse than the SEC last year. top to bottom the SEC isn't so hot this year either.just how many Pac 10 games have you stayed up to watch? do you know why the league is down? more nba picks by quite a bit the past two years than any other conference and the Pac 10 only has 10 teams. Some of your "should be ins" are a joke. explain to me how Miss St is in and Washington is baely in the discussion? name one good win for them. Wash has beaten Tex A&M and Cal. Perhaps viewing this through SEC-colored glasses? UW, Cal and ASU should be in over at least five of your picks

3 Pac 10 teams? really? I don't watch those games, but I don't have to. And NBA departures from last year don't get you into the Tournament, otherwise we wouldn't have been in the NIT the last 2 years.

Regardless of how you take our site's analysis, you do realize that NO experts predict more than 1 Pac 10 team...

For what it's worth, Gator fans, our good wins are good enough to carry us past the Georgia loss as of now... we definitely have zero margin for error regarding our 1st rd SEC tourney matchup with a crappy west team... and I would not feel safe without winning the second rd game (as it will also be against a West team, though a less crappy one), but we could make it with only winning that 1st round game.

Do any of your linked "experts" live west of the eastern time zone? My main point is that I only accept the argument against ASU and UW if you use the same case against many of the teams that the "experts" have on the bubble, almost all back east. what happened in nov/dec shouldnt count any more for against you than what you do Jan/Feb
