Gator fans have dealt with a similar roller-coaster ride before, when basketball coach Billy Donovan signed with`the Orlando Magic, then changed his mind following the introductory press conference. Hopefully Urban will heal himself during his sabbatical, and come back with a renewed sense of purpose.

I believe these recent developments put the football program in quite the awkward position. The recruiting class will surely take a hit.
