With National Signing Day (2/1/12) just a few days away, college football fans all over world are patiently awaiting to see which future prospects will soon join their team. On Wednesday, there will be tears of joy and tears of sadness; screams of excitement and screams of displeasure; jumping for joy and jumping off of cliffs (figuratively, of course).
With National Signing Day looming, the Gators are poised for a top class, however, there still remains much uncertainty about which prospects may sign with the Gators. If you visit ESPN, Rivals, Scout, etc. you will see projection after projection, but until today, you have never seen “prop bet lines” on their likelihood to join the Gators on National Signing Day, or in the case of Stefon Diggs February 10th. (These bets will be done in a ratio form.)
CB Tracy Howard (UF, FSU, Miami): 1:3
WR Stefon Diggs (UF, Auburn, Ohio State, Maryland) 1:2
ATH Nelson Agholor (UF, Southern California, Notre Dame, FSU): 2:1
DE Leonard Williams (UF, Southern California): 2:1
OT Avery Young (UF, Auburn, UGA): 3:1
DE Darius Hamilton (UF, Rutgers, Miami): 4:1
LB Josh Harvey-Clemons (UF, UGA, FSU): 5:1
OT Jake Meador (UF, Wisconsin, Missouri): 6:1
DE Dante Fowler (UF, FSU): 8:1
LB Schyler Miles (UF, Kansas, West Virginia): 10:1
DT Vincent Valentine (UF, Nebraska, Illinois): 15:1
All committed players are expected to sign, with only Jeremi Powell being a possible deflection.
