What happens when you wear a Gator hat, but your job involves covering a different team?

You get fired.

Over the weekend, an Arkansas friend passed along a story of a reporter at Arkansas wearing a Gator hat and being called out by Bobby Petrino.

The story got weirder, as Arkansas fans did their usual crazy thing... and then the reporter was fired.
