I'm sure Gator football fans would like to forget this past season. So let's do just that, and look forward. Here is how next season is shaping up.

As you probably know. UF has fully backed Will Muschamp as head coach. And as many expected Florida fired Brent Pease the Offensive Coordinator, who had a different style than the pro style offense that Muschamp would like to run. After the FSU game Florida ended up dead last in the SEC for scoring and total offense. So who is on the horizon for Offensive Coordinator?

Lane Kiffin - currently unemployed after stinking it up as USC head coach. He is certainly a big name. His offensive creativity and laid back attitude may work perfectly with Muschamp.

Tony Franklin - currently Cal Bears Offensive Coordinator. He is known for his Air Raid offense, and ranked 3rd in Pac-12 passing offense with a young roster. He also spent some time with Muschamp at Auburn.

Seth Littrell - currently Indiana Hoosiers Offensive Coordinator. 1st in passing yard last year, 2nd in total offense this year agianst solid Big Ten defenses.

Philip Montgomery - currently Baylor Offensive Coordinator. Consistently leads a premium offense. Known for spreading defenses out, forcing one-on-one coverage, and creating space for play-makers. Popular this year, but UF has the budget to snag him.

Joker Phillips- currently UF Wide Receivers Coach. Knows the SEC, and has been with the program for a year. Safe hire.
